This woman has lived her whole life in the small mountain town of Omalo in the Tusheti region of Georgia. She makes a small amount of money selling wool booties and dried apples and stays active by collecting her buckets of water from the local well and preparing food on the old wood-burning stove. Although electricity poles appear on the right, Omalo only had a few year period in all its history when the electricity installations were functioning.
