Khut Saut, 71 and her nephew's son Leung Chea, 12, Siem Riep. Khut Saut has looked after Leung Chea after his mother died from an AIDS related disease and he was rejected by his step mother. The family are completely reliant on donations from HIV/AIDS NGOs and assistance from neighbours.
