At a farmers market in Ubud, Bali, a customer haggles with two livestock merchants for the best price on a piglet. Bali was hit by a series of terrorist bomb attacks that occurred on October 1, 2005. Twenty people were killed and 129 people injured by three bombers who also killed themselves in the attacks. Present day tourism in Bali suffers from the remains of the terrorist attacks of 2005 and the U.S. department of State still warns of travel to Indonesia with all tourist and other non-essential travel extended to Bali.
