Former gang members in downtown Manila established a new brotherhood for unity, to end to violence amongst them. They are still marked by their past. Living in a former dumpsite, non governmental agencies started constructing housing facilities in the area but they remain to be outcasts in their own society. Not until the death toll of their "brothers" started rising, they initiated to stop all forms of agetation to the rival gangs and the authorities.
