Organised by Banksy and touted as 'A street party of stencil art', The Cans Festival invited long time graffiti artists and members of the public alike to spray stencils in a tunnel under Waterloo Station. The tunnel was rented from Eurostar for the three-day festival and will return to normal use when the event is over. No one is sure how long the works will remain on the walls.
