This photograph was conceived by studying the transnational migration phenomenon, particularly, in a group of Chinese who live in Bressanone, a town of  20,000 inhabitants in the italian Alps (South Tyrol).

This image presents the entrepreneur Filippo. It was 16 years ago since he and his wife Margherita run a Chinese Restaurant in Bressanone, Italy. Now they have two children, Cristina and Alessandro. The of many years work in South Tyrol let them now running an own night club in an expanding zone of tourismus, Gu�l�n in China.

The intention of this work in progress titled �Fortune, come to me!�, is to draw the relations between the Chinese community living in South Tyrol and their place of origin. (image by Giovanni Melillo Kostner)
