The tourism industry in Rosarito Mexico which is usually booming during Spring Break is suffering from an almost non existant tourist presence in light of the drug violence that has plagued Mexico. While cartels fight a bloody battle over control of the billion dollar smuggling operations the local small business' that cater to tourism suffer the most.
