A small Rosarito vendors mall in Mexico is now nothing more than a playground for the shop owners children to play since the drug violence has halted it's Spring Break tourism dollars and visitors. While cartels fight a bloody battle over control of the billion dollar smuggling operations the local small business' that cater to tourism suffer the most.
