Performers dance at the National Hall of Culture in Vientiane, Laos. Participants from 5 countries including Cambodia, Laos, Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam took part in this benefit sponsored in part by The Nippon Foundation of Japan. The performance was in conjunction with the commemoration of the International Day For Disabled People. Epic Arts, a UK headquartered NGO, provided some of the ambulatory dancers, and also featured was Cambodia's first professional handicapped dance troupe.
