24 January 2009 -Sabari District, Khost Province, Afghanistan -An Afghan National Army soldier is brought to the Sabari District Center for medical treatment after the vehicle he was traveling in struck an improvised explosive device (IED).  He was treated by US Army medics attached to the 4-320th Field Artillery Regiment of the 101st Airborne and later medevaced to Salerno for surgery.
