Sun Blessing Festival. Once every 28 years, People of the Jewish faith celebrate the sun's original position when the earth was created. This year, the event falls on the day of passover, only the second time in history. In the Orthodox neighborhood of Williamsburg and under the guidence of the SatMar Rabbi Beitelbaum, revelers gather to bless the sun and say prayers. April 8, 2009.
