Israeli settlers lift up the floor part of a new caravan in a settlments of the West Bank on November 13. 2007. A law to prevent the extension of constructions in the West Bank forbids the transport of caravans on trucks. A group of settlers develloped a new technique, they build a caravan in several parts that they transport from a local factory and assemble them in the area that they choose.
