A worker sleeps in one of the many ice-producing factories in the costal village of Vizhinjam South India. Ice is used to keep the fish fresh in packaging and transportation. 
Restaurant owners and fishmongers travel to the costal village from surrounding towns and cities on a daily basis to purchase fish.
