Alya, a 4-year-old, is comforted by her mother Siti Soliah, 23-year-old. According to the local doctor the child is suffering from bronchitis. They live in Kuasen, a small village located just 50 meters from the Cilacap coal-fired power plant. A huge number of people living in the vicinity of the plant suffer from respiratory-related diseases.
