Isreali stamps in Ethiopia?

No, there are absolutely no problems with Israeli stamps in Ethiopia, in fact there are a number of direct flights, Israel-Ethiopia every week.

Basically Ethiopia is a Christian country and so no problems with Israel.

I lived in Ethiopia for four years and did a number of trips between the two countries.

why would there be any problems?

actually the ONLY regular direct flights from Israel to Africa is to Ethiopia 3-4 times a week. (and once a week to jo’burg)
don’t forget the little fact that some of the Ethiopian army is trained by the US Marines, while their special forces are trained by Israeli reserves (they also train their “friendly neighbour” Erithrea!). israel also happens to be Ethiopia largest military supplier. and officialy train both the presidential guards and the air force.
