James is a freelance photojournalist based in Toronto.
He has worked with local NGO’s in developing nations and has covered stories on social conflict and humanitarian issues and has been to places such as Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, Mexico, Bali and Borneo.
James is currently working on CoNtRaBanD:into the trade; a book about the global wildlife trade and its victims, with special focus on Asia’s great ape the Orangutan.
His work appears regularly in magazines, newspapers, non-profit reports and campaign literature around the world.
