Question on licensing fees

Hey LS crowd,

A pretty large world music label wants to license a few of my images from Brazil for an upcoming children’s compilation of Brazilian music. It is for the liner notes not the cover, and they are offering $200 per image. 10 thousand copies pressed, 3 years license, possibility to renew.

I don’t have a lot of experience directly licensing my images in this situation. I am guessing that is a low fee and was wondering if anyone had thoughts on what amount I should come back with, and if there are resources that I can reference to back it up. Thanks!

Note that they mentioned they have looked at stock images before “but they prefer to work directly with photographers”, I am guessing to save money.
