Jenny Cecil

Jennifer is a freelance photographer based in Indianapolis, Indiana. She recently completed her second year of Visual Communication graduate study at Ohio University. She was awarded the 2010 Pulliam Fellowship in the summer of 2010 at The Indianapolis Star, and The Palm Beach Post fall 2010 photo and multimedia internship.
