Gardens needs a tenant to keep it company from
mid-January through June. These dates are negotiable.

It’s an entire floor of a brownstone — 3 big rooms,
plus a small one and a kitchen. It’s two blocks from
the Manhattanaphied Smith Street (with restaurants and
cute shops galore), three blocks from delightfuly
old-school Court Street (D’amato’s coffee, Caputo’s
bread, Cobble Hill Cinema), a block from the Gowanus
waterfront, and close to the F and M/N/R trains. My
rent and my utilities have gone up over the years, but
$1600 will pay for everything — including phone,
internet, gas, electricity.
