A Company Called Clownfish Is Asking For Photo Stories on Linked In Without Telling Photographers What The Terms & Conditions Are

They Say:

Clownfishphoto.co.uk are looking to launch a new photojournalism service

There is a Clownfish Events etc and they could be rather large

I’m also concerned it appears they pay via PayPal rather than the established banking system. I have to use PayPal as the card acquirer on my library, yet I would never expect a client to pay me, or me pay a client, via PayPal; I’d use BACS or cheque.said another.

I’ll wait and see what T&C the article site comes out with. If it’s done well, a service like this would be a useful tool. I want to know what I’m agreeing to first though.

ummm. let me get this straight, first you want story submissions in PDF, then if you like the images/story, the photographer will submit a contract with you before the images are put online?
