The White House News Photographers Association named him Editor of the Year three times, most recently in 2006. —Santiago Lyon, director of photography for The Associated Press. He has 22 years’ experience in news service photography and has won multiple photojournalism awards. Under Lyon’s direction, the war in Iraq earned the AP its 48th Pulitzer Prize in 2005. —Mario Tama, Getty Images, has covered global events including September 11, the war in Afghanistan and the war in Iraq. Tama has received numerous awards from Pictures of the Year International, the National Press Photographers Association’s Best of Photojournalism competition and the White House News Photographers Association. —Jonathan Wells, director of photography at Sipa Press USA, where he oversees sales and development of new markets.
