About
Being the son of an Artist and a Lawyer, my creativity has been encouraged from an early age. Having experimented with many different forms of art it was in creating films, that I found the most pleasure. Growing up in Southern California, my first projects were about surfing and skating, and later expanded into music and travel. While studying film at UCSC is where I really started understanding the potential of this medium and I started focusing my attention toward social and cultural issues, and became a co-founder of the non-profit Ravished Hearts. Ravished hearts was created as a vehicle to produce videos and marketing materials for other non-profits, as well as creating films that inspire people to take action.
I graduated from UCSC in 2005 with a degree in Film and Digital Media, and have worked many different jobs in both production and post-production gaining as much experience as possible. I have worked on projects for major networks, film festivals, web-content, and about everything else in-between.
I have continued to educate myself through travel, and have worked all over the world, producing films, in Europe, Africa, and South America. I recently have re-located my home base from LA to NY, and am always looking for new projects, and new people to work with.
