I am a photographer based in Boston, specializing in sports, editorial portraiture and multimedia production.
A Boston native and a graduate of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism in Evanston, Ill., my journalism career took me through a variety of paths, ranging from sportswriting for the Boston Globe to two seasons as an assistant team photographer for the Chicago Cubs. While pursuing my master’s degree in new media management, I also served as a teaching assistant for the undergraduate photojournalism program.
I am a former staff photographer at the Tampa Tribune, working in a converged newsroom with NBC affiliate WFLA-TV News Channel 8. And I can even drive and operate a microwave live truck!
I am available for freelance assignments.
