Kent Nishimura

Kent Nishimura is a freelance photojournalist based in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was born in Taipei, Taiwan and was raised in Honolulu, where he is currently working on his undergraduate studies at the University of Hawaii. Kent’s work has been recognized by College Photographer of the Year, the University of Hawaii and The Eddie Adams Workshop. His photographs have appeared in The New York Times, Newsweek, TIME, and The Washington Post to name a few.
