70-200 f/2.8

as you know most photojournalist need to a 70-200 f/2,8 tele-zoom lens. I am Canon guy but I am using Sigma lenses (70-200 f/2,8).
When I using my lenses to object at indoor area usually out of focus area.
I used to tripod and everything. always a few blur with sigma 70-200.
do you think lenses are damaged or this is Sigma ? thanks
