Kerrilee is a graduate of an MA in Photojournalism, Documentary and Travel Photography which she studied in Dalian, China as part of the University of Bolton programme. Her interests include participatory project involving children. She also took part in 2 trips run by China Foto Press to Inner Mongolia, Chongqing and Hubei.
She has recently published a book with photos taken by street children in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
