Fotoweb, Lightroom and IPTC issue

Alo.
I have a problem with IPTC meta. I export photos via Lightroom 3 on Mac, fill out the necessary IPTC data, and it looks quite good, but.
My agency has told me that then they import photos to fotoweb system, and even on fotostation on windows computer, the “job title”/“byline title” description in my files is shortened to some small amount of characters in text. When I put in Job title “XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX” they see it in their system “XXXXXXXXXXX” for ex.
Has anyone familiar with this problem?
