About

Kuni Takahashi was born in Sendai, Japan. He studied at the Maine Photo Workshops, the New England School of Photography in Boston and the Eddie Adams Workshop in New York. After working as a staff photographer at the Boston Herald and the Chicago Tribune, Takahashi moved to Mumbai, India in 2009.
Takahashi covers editorial, travel, news/documentary and portrait assignments. He has won many photography awards, including World Press Photo and POYi and published four photography books in Japan.
