About
I've been doing various types of photography on and off since 1998. I've been an advertising/marketing photographer, a combat photographer for the US Army, and now I'm a photojournalist for the US Army. There's nothing more inspiring or humbling than to spend some time with a better photographer than yourself. Such was my experience a few weeks ago when Scott Eells came by for an embed. I was his media escort. To make a long story short, I realized after watching him and seeing some of his photos that I'd become lazy with my photography (thanks Scott). I look at this website as a means of further inspiration and (hopefully) a way of getting feedback on some of my pics. Positive feedback, negative feedback, suggestions on how to do it better... all are accepted. Please don't hold back. I've been in the Army for almost 6 years now and have developed a rather thick skin as a result. I'll be updating my site with new pics as I get a chance to get out and get more.

I need help in a bad, bad way. My office recently got a 150GB external hard drive for me to transfer all of my work on to. Until then I had been using my own personal 100GB hard drive. To make a long story short, less than a week after moving all of my pictures to the 150, a power surge fried it. Does anyone know of any way at all to recover the information on the drive? That is six months worth of work I have just lost (no I didn’t make any CD or DVD back-ups, yes I’m an idiot).
