I sincerely believe that photojournalism can help people and when done correctly, can represent the realities of the world that we do not necessarily choose to ignore but all too often do not have access to.
I worked as a photojournalist from 2002-2008 for Gannett Newspapers. I studied at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a minor in French.
Upon moving to San Francisco, California, I stepped into the realm of public relations working with law firms and accounting firms with a national and international presence. I am well versed in many facets of the law and accounting procedures including media and copyright law.
I am currently pursuing work in both the PR and photojournalism field. I am open to offers for any freelance or contracting gigs in photography, music promotion, public relations or writing.
I am re-building a portfolio Web site and am assisting in promoting local music artists in San Francisco.
