Laura Pacelli was born in Naples in 1975. After classical studies, she graduated in 2000 in Communication Sciences with a thesis on The Semiotic of Photography. After attending a ‘Visual Survival’ class, she joined the “Periodista! Periodista!” Independent Association of photographers.
In 2000, she left her birthplace to move to Milan, where she still lives and works as a photojournalist. She contributes to several publications such as GQ Italy, being involved in photographic projects. Also a freelance photographer, Laura has trained as a reporter and has also developed professional competences in studio portraits, locations, stage and life style photographs. She has worked for Mondadori, Hachette, Class Editori, Condé Nast Italy.
