Lauren Farrow

In April 2009 I packed up my desk at News Limited in Sydney and boarded a plane for India. For six months I traveled through the northern provinces, learning about Kashmiri tea, Tibetan refugees and how to perform a convincing head wobble.
Now I am living in Mumbai and freelancing.
With a population of over 1.2 billion people there are lots of stories here to report on, and some beautiful and confronting subjects to photograph.
