Printer cartrige question !

Hey! I have a HP printer and every time the ink goes out its a dilemma … buy more or throw the printer all the way down from the top of Eldorado Canyon!?

But I found this website that sells cartridges much cheaper than HP .

So here is my question…

Does any one know this website or any other that has these great prices , and if the ink from these generic cartridges actually looks good?
I’m also not sure if I can trust this website …
