Licensing tutorial for clients?

Hi All

One of my carpentry clients, a commercial cabinet maker, is interested in having me shoot some of their installed units. Their sales team would use the images to show perspective clients examples of previous work and to allow them to choose different styles/set-ups. They are admittedly ignorant when it comes to licensing, usage and cost of commercial photography but are very open to education. I seem to remember an article designed as a primer for discussion/negotiation with clients in this situation, but can’t find it. I thought it was an EP piece, but didn’t see it there. Does anyone know of anything that might help? I plan to have a full conversation with them but would like them to have some understanding of where I’m coming from before hand.

Thanks!!
