Lila arrived in New York City via Los Angeles via Chicago in 1992 to attend film school at NYU, and has lived there ever since.

Her career has always been varied: from producing a film for Casey Affleck, to premiering her own at San Francisco Indiefest, to winning an Emmy for sound editing. Lately, Lila feels like putting photography, her first love, back in the mix.
