The National Portrait Gallery always has something going on. They are showing the 2007 photo portrait winners.

It’s near the Photographer’s Gallery. I saw the D’Agata show there over Christmas. Worth seeing if it’s still up.

Tate Modern is a must see just for general fine art inspiration as well as the building itself, but they also have a selection of Francesca Woodman’s photographs on display on level 3.

HOST (same building as Foto8 and Panos), Guardian Newsroom (links to the once great newspaper), and maybe the Spitz are closest to what I’ve seen artistically by FCB in New York. Magnum too. Other galleries are doing too much “art” photography for my liking. My info may be out of date as I haven’t been around this last year.
