looking for a contract template

I am looking for a contract template in spanish between me (the photographer) and a client. The reason for this is I am doing a large job for a big Spanish company which requires me to foot the bill (a number of flights, hotels, car rentals etc) until I hand over the photos. They have promised to sign an agreement which stipulates that they agree to pay me within 24 hrs of handing in the photos. This is all being brokered by a good friend who works for them so I know it is on the up and up but I still would like it in writing. Any ideas where to look?

Adam- This might get you pointed in the right direction, albeit in English... http://www.nppa.org/professional_development/business_practices/contracts.html

Adam, When I did a commissioned work for a church organization, we exchanged a memorandum of agreement (I did not know this particular vehicle until recently), but the organization paid me some money at the beginning, probably half the agreed amount of the commission, and they paid me promptly the remaining half when I turned in the photos. More recently I had a set of home improvement projects done by a local company, in this case I paid one third at the beginning and another third in the middle and finally a third upon completion. I think you can apply this division into third to your project with a contract. I think you should be paid some amount to get started anyway. I also googled for "Business and Legal Forms for Photographers," a book by Tad Crawford. The book comes with various forms in English on a CD, a copy of which I own. I googled with Spanish added to the above title, and found "this":http://www.findlegalforms.com/product/spanish-service-agreement-photographer/ This might help you with proper Spanish terms.
