Looking for fixers/assistants in Shanghai and Bangalore

Hello everyone,
I’m going to Shanghai and Bangalore (India) in mid-January for a book project that I’m working on. I’m looking for a friendly and reliable fixer/assistant in each city. Local knowledge and good English skills is a must. I do have a budget.
