Looking for Great Writer/Editor to Rewrite Proposal

I am looking for a writer to edit and rewrite a proposal. If anyone knows of someone, I would be grateful.

If you are a writer please e-mail me 2 writing samples, and a resume. Please do not apply if you are not great at writing proposals.
