Looking for Loft Share

I’m a photographer with 2 cats (I clean the litter every day, so there is never a smell).
I’ve published 7 of my own photo books. I have furniture, if there is room; if not I can store. If you have space or desire for a darkroom, I’ve got 2 Leitz Focomat enlargers, sink, all the trimmings. Looking for peace and quiet at home. Prefer Manhattan, but other spots okay if convenient to a subway. Loft would be ideal, but I’m open.
