looking for photos of Kurds in Iraq, Turkey and Iran
|
Dear all,
I am beginning the search for photos for the next issue of Middle East Report magazine, published by MERIP (www.merip.org). We are a small, non-profit organization, and we pay for photos. The magazine is a quarterly that features independent, critical analysis of events in the Middle East. The photos are printed only in black and white, usually at around half page size.
This issue is about the Kurds. If you have any photos that fit the descriptions below and would like to submit samples (low-res by email please), get in touch with me at mwoodward(AT)merip(DOT)org.
Thanks in advance for your good work.
Regards,
Michelle

Hi Michelle,
I just sent some photos via email. I have been working in and around Diyarbakir for the last three summers and have tons of photos. Also, I will be in the Diyarbakir region and Northern Iraq from June 1 through August 20 and will be available on an assignment basis if there is anything specific that you need.
Thanks! Jon

Hi Michelle,
We do have stocks from our photographer Sasa Kralj. Here is the link to the photos that we have in the archives on Kurdistan. If you don’t have membership with digital railroad, you may need to request this first which is free and simple.

We can offer more topics on Iraq Kurdistan from our archive. Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
Best,
Sinartus
