Looking for studio/office share in NYC

I’m looking for an existing photo studio or offices that have some space available? Want to try not working out of the house. I am mostly an editorial shooter so no real studio needs but would be good to have available. Looking for Manhattan location, lots of light, desk space with some storage, good folks, etc…
