Looking for Canon Gear

Canon 1D Mark II N ( used, or if nobody wants to part with one of theirs yet , maybe refurbished?)

Lenses (all non IS, unless the price is amazing/ and as long as the rear and front elements are in good condition with no scratches or fungus, and the motor works I dont care how many scratches are on the outside of the lens)

300mm F/2.8 USM L

70-200mm F/2.8 USM L

17-35 F/2.8 USM L (or a 16-35)
