Community Newspaper Group publishes 17 newspapers and is one of Western Australia’s largest media organisations. Each week almost 800,000^ people across metropolitan Perth and the City of Mandurah read their local community newspaper.

Due to continuing expansion, the Community Newspaper Group is seeking a dynamic individual to work as a cadet photographer on the Wanneroo/Joondalup Times and Wanneroo Weekender papers, focussed specifically in providing photographic coverage across this dynamic part of our city.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have sound photographic knowledge and good technical skills. Diploma or certificate in photography would be highly regarded.

As a photographer, you will be part of an editorial team reporting to our Joondalup-based editor and will be given a variety of different photographic assignments including news, sport and entertainment.

In addition to award wage conditions, assistance is provided to cover motor vehicle expenses.
