I am a phojournalist with a decade-long experience. From 2000 to 2006, I worked for Bloomberg News Photo department, covering major business and finance events in France (launch of the Euro, fall of Vivendi…). In November 2005, Bloomberg appointed me Chief Photographer for China, based in Beijing – a position that I left at the end of 2006 to settle in Shanghai and launch a photo agency: Pictobank.
Pictobank is a photo agency based in Shanghai with a taskforce of 20 experienced professional photographers. Pictobank photographers, both Chinese and foreign, cover all of China and dedicate their efforts to high-quality news and feature photos. Pictobank is a free press news organization in China and reports accurate, factual, and politically fair photos about China. Our photos have lately been published in The Guardian (UK), Le Monde (France), Politiken (Denmark), SvD and Sydsvenskan (Sweden).
My personal photos have been published in International Herald Tribune, Financial Times, Forbes, Le Monde, Figaro Magazine, and more.
