Marc Bermann

Marc Bemann grew up between Germany and the United States, with some schooling and work in Australia. Marc has been bilingual since he could speak, and multilingual after he learnt French at school and Chinese at university. Upon graduating with an M.A. in International Relations and Modern Chinese Studies he continued gathering experience as a journalist in Germany. Having lived, studied, worked and extensively travelled in China on several occasions starting in 1995, Marc settled there together with his wife in 2003. They have since had a son. Marc lives and works as a tv producer and film maker and specializes in documentaries, news, and corporate videos. His base is in Shanghai. He is hirable as a producer and stringer, to do research and provide all services needed to see through a production from pre to post. Among his customers are German TV ZDF and German TV ARD, the City of Shanghai, the World Economic Forum, European Broadcasting Union and Degussa, among many others.
