Mark Nozeman studied history ending one year later on the Academy of Fine Arts. After the BFA graduation an exploring job at the photography collection department of the Dutch National Museum of Ethnology captured an ongoing fascination of the theme landscape and memory. Inspired by the idea combining these social perspectives in the field of documentary photography Mark started ten years ago as a freelance photographer committed to work on projects and stories about social issues.

Currently working on different projects about social identity and civil society especially focussed on the young emerging generations in post conflict regions in de Balkans.
