Available for assignments in Japan and South Korea since 10 november. Hi ! My name is Matteo Aroldi, I'm living in Locarno, Switzerland. I discovered photography by chance when after high school, without idea about a work to do, a photographer propose me to be his assistant. I have been immediately fascinated. After few day in his studio I decided that photography should be my profession. So, I have worked as professional photographer for about 10 years. Most of my job was for newspapers and advertising. Fascinated by traveling I realized some reportages in Asia. During that time I did some exhibitions too. Then I nearly stopped with photography for some years to dedicate my energy in the field of music as bass player and composer for theater companies. Two and half year ago during a trip in Sicily the passion for photography comes again in my life. Back home I bought a digital professional camera and I started shooting again daily and travelling around Asia (especially in Japan). At present I'm working again as professional photographer.
