MaxPreps is seeking a Regional Media Manger based in Texas.

MaxPreps.com, which is owed by CBS, is the nation’s premier high school sports Web site.

This is a full-time position and comes with a CBS benefits package, including 401K.

Candidates must have past media work experience – preferably as a photographer/writer at a newspaper. You must have great knowledge of taking and processing action sports photos. You must also have your own digital camera equipment.

Main duties for this position include: Coordinating the photo coverage in Texas, recruiting photographers, shooting action photography at games, some writing of game stories/features, as well as promoting MaxPreps to coaches and others.

We prefer that candidate has good knowledge of Texas high school sports and connections to photographers and coaches in the state.
