hello! i’m looking for a clean and responsbile renter/fellow working artist to sublet my studio. hope we can work something out.

Available from NOVEMBER 24 through NOVEMBER 30. This is a 7 day sublet. May be flexible with number of days.

Price: $80 per night, all inclusive.
This includes high speed internet access (cable), electric, and gas.
If you’d be ok with my cat Oscar staying, and feeding her, I can do $70 per night.

THE APARTMENT:
– Sunny, charming, newly renovated apartment in a well maintained, secure building. White with clean lines, solid walls and construction.
– high ceiling (10 feet), wood floors, new windows, new kitchen, new bath (with bath tub), dishwasher, microwave, ample closet space.
– Cable internet access
– Tastefully Furnished with a new, firm, full size bed; reading chairs, work desk and office chair, lightings.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
it’s in the beloved East Village! Near 6 train at Astor place, and L at 14th St and 1st Ave.

WHAT’S NEEDED FROM YOU:
a full payment for the full duration of the sublet, ie., $560 for 7 nights or $480 for 6 nights.
